WHAT TYPE OF MAIL DO YOU USE AND HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
$25 flat rate Canada Post Xpress (free on orders over $400). Transit time is 1-3 business days.
$50 flat rate Canada Post Priority (next business day to all major cities, 2 business days elsewhere). Priority Post shipping is free on orders over $2000.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
DO YOU PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes. The same day your order ships, you will get an automated email with your tracking number.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT SHOWING ONLINE?
Canadapost.ca tracking system doesn't work in real time. After the package is dropped off, it could take up to 12 hours before your tracking number appears online.
WHAT IF CANADA POST LOOSES MY PACKAGE?
We will not take responsibility for Canada Post. If they loose your package it's 100% your loss. If canadapost.ca delivery status says "delivered" we consider your package as such. That being said each case will be looked into on individual basis. Statistically speaking Canada Post loss package rate is under 1%.
IS THER A RISK OF SEIZURE?
Absolutely not. It's impossible. All mail shipped inside Canada does not go through customs therefore domestic mail cannot be seized. Moreover by federal law all domestic mail can only be opened by the receiver.
BY MISTAKE I GAVE YOU A WRONG MAILING ADDRESS. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
If you provided us with a wrong or incomplete mailing address we will not be able to retrieve your package. Please double check your mailing address before ordering. We will not be responsible for your mistake. If the package is sent back to sender it's lost. We use a fake return address.
IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY?
It is not unless you request it. An additional $2 charge will be applied for the "signature required" option.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Orders ship next business day after your payment clears. Sometimes the same day. Please note we do not ship or pick up payments on weekends.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER OR CALL YOU?
Absolutely not. We are a strictly an online store. Communication with our customers is done via email only.
CAN I ASK YOU FOR ADVICE?
We do not provide cycle, diet or training advice. Such emails will be ignored.
I HAVE AN ISSUE TO TAKE UP WITH YOU. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
EMAIL US FIRST. In an event you write a negative review in hopes to have the situation resolved your claim will be denied as the damage has already been done. If you have an issue, give us a chance to rectify it.
